Wheels of approximately 2,5 kg.

A long and wise maturation to release all the unmistakable aroma of our pecorino. Patriarca completes its maturation at “cellar” temperature, in an environment that helps to define its particular organoleptic, olfactory and gustatory characteristics.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil.
Not edible rind.
