IL GAGLIARDO – SHEEP CHEESE AGED UNDER HEMP

Sheep cheese aged under hemp.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.50 kg.

Hemp has been accompanying humans for over 9,000 years. We use it to refine our pecorino with wise and ancient techniques.
The sweet though decisive flavor of the cheese goes with the fragrant and natural aroma of hemp for a “strong” taste experience.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Hemp leaves on rind for decorative purposes only.
Not edible rind.
