IL PIACERE – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH BLACK TRUFFLES

Aged sheep cheese with black truffles preparation.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

Intense smell and inebriating aroma: truffles, the coffer of the “Molecule of Pleasure”, are combined with the taste of the cheese in an aphrodisiac union.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, Summer Truffle preparation 1,7% (minced black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt)(0,8%), water, flavor, salt), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
