Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.50 kg.

The meeting between pecorino cheese and black peppers creates an explosion of flavors recognized among the icons of Italian cuisine: “Il Carbonaro” (charcoal burner) narrates this union between spiciness and sweetness.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Minced black pepper in rind for decorative purposes only. Not edible rind.
