Sheep cheese aged under ash.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.50 kg.

Creamy and delicacy embellish “Il Cinerino” (ashy), a cheese with a full taste, aged under ash, like in the old days.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Ash remains on rind for decorative purposes only. Not edible rind.
