Sheep cheese aged under hay.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

The flavors of the countryside come to the table with “Il Fienile” (barn), an amber cheese, aged under hay, through which you can rediscover the genuineness of rural history.

INGREDIENTS:pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Hay on rind for decorative purposes only. Not edible rind.
