“Glottonous” (Goloso) and aromatic: the sweetness of figs enriches with fruity notes a white and creamy cheese, for a novelty destined to become tradition. In the traditional processing of this organic cheese you will find the genuineness and rhythm of nature.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK from organic farming, organic dried baked figs (1%), salt, natural aroma, rennet, starter cultures. May contain figs petiole. Not edible rind.
