IL PRODIGIO – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH WHITE TRUFFLES

Aged sheep cheese with white truffles preparation.
Wheels of approximately 1.3-1.4 kg.

In the 1st century Pliny the Elder defined white truffles as a “prodigious product of nature”. The taste and aroma of this prodigy are renewed in this fine cheese which is capable to delight all senses.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, white truffles preparation 1,7% (White Truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 0,8%, water, flavor, salt) salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
