Sheep cheese aged under rosemary.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

The memory (Ricordo) of traditional cuisine, of pleasant and carefree moments, of Mediterranean tastes and aromas. This richness of memories is evoked by the simplicity of rosemary and relives in this aged pecorino which is capable of harmoniously combining many different flavors.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Rosemary on rind for decorative purposes only. Not edible rind.
