IL TESORO – SHEEP CHEESE WITH CANDIED ORANGE PEELS

Sheep cheese with candied orange peels.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

A greedy and fragrant cheese by virtue of the encounter between milk and orange which has always been known as a fruit rich in beneficial properties. Such a good and precious fruit that Zeus decided to keep it as a treasure (“Il Tesoro”) in the garden of the Hesperides.

INGREDIENTS: sheep MILK, candied orange peels (2,4%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface preservatives: E 202, E 235. Not edible rind.
