LA GARBATA – AGED SHEEP MILK CHEESE

Aged sheep milk cheese.
Wheels of 20 kg approx.

A large wheel, designed for long aging. “La Garbata” is a cheese made from pure sheep milk, partially skimmed. It has a thin rind and a slightly straw-yellow though white paste. Compact, sweet and delicate. Gentle (“Garbata”) on the palate.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
