L’IMPERO – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH PEARS

Aged sheep cheese with pears.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.50 kg.

Fruity and creamy: the ancient mastery of the cheesemaker and the intense aroma of pears blend in the “Impero” (empire) cheese, a recipe that embodies the traditional peasant flavors.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, freeze dried and aromatized pear juice (2,4%) (freeze dried pear juice (1,2%), natural aromas), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
