A journey of taste as far as the Sicilian Bronte, home of the most famous pistachios in the world. The emerald green color of this fruit, “Frastuchino” as it is locally called, can’t help but be tasted in a sweet and delicate cheese.
INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, granulated 100% PISTACHIO “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP” (1,7%), shelled “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP” (0,7%), salt, rennet, starter cultures. May contain traces of other nuts: NUTS, HAZELNUTS and ALMONDS. On surface preservatives: E 202, E 235. Not edible rind.
