This information concerns personal data that will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of Personal Data and, in any case, the principles of confidentiality which inspire the activity carried out by Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l. and intends to describe its management methods, in the context of the processing of the personal data of the interested parties. This notice is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 updated and integrated by Legislative Decree 101/2018. By Processing of Personal Data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of providing, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

1. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l may use the following categories of your personal data.
 

For Business Entities:
• Identification and contact data of employees as Referents/Coordinators/ Office or Area Managers (names, telephone numbers, e-mails).
• Contact and billing data (address, telephone, e-mail address, VAT number and any other data you voluntarily provided within the site to proceed with online orders);
• Payment details.
 
For Private Individuals it can process:
• Identification and personal data (name, surname, sex), tax identification code;
• Contact details (address, telephone, e-mail address and any other data you voluntarily provided within the site to proceed with online orders);
• Personal payment information.
 
2. PURPOSE OF THE POLICY 2.1. Mandatory Purpose The Personal Data you have made available to Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l., will be processed to meet the strictly specific connected and instrumental needs of the organization, therefore, they can be used even without your prior consent (legal basis: Art. 6 Gdpr par 1 letter b), c), f)) for the following purposes: 1. Administrative and accounting management of the relationship; 2. Fulfillments connected with the contract; 3. Compliance with the legal obligations in force. We remind you that, with reference to the purposes highlighted as above listed, the provision of your personal data is mandatory. Your refusal and/or the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information would prevent the execution of the contract and the failure to continue the relationship. 2.2 Optional Purpose The below listed processing will take place upon explicit and specific consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) as the legal basis of the processing): b) Sending newsletters (via the MailChimp platform), service offers, information material by e-mail, for the sole purpose of commercial communication and product offerings. c) Management of e-commerce activities (management of the purchase of products from the virtual shop and related activities). The user is free to provide personal data. The provision of personal data is necessary to allow subcription to promotions and offers and for the fulfillment of purchase orders formulated through the website, and activities related to the management of the orders (eg: providing e-commerce services, customer services, customer communications, payment management); as well as to ensure the correct fulfillment of the obligations established by law.

3. POLICY METHOD The processing of your Personal Data will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or online tools, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data themselves. The collected material will be used exclusively for the above listed purposes (par. 2).

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (EXTERNAL DATA PROCESSORS)

Personal Data Processors appointed by Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l in the exercise of their functions will be aware of your Personal Data.
 
Your Personal Data may be transmitted to any subjects who provide Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l. work or services instrumental to the purposes indicated in the previous par. 2. and to suppliers, banks and/or insurances or other subjects and/or entities that provide (on behalf of Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l.) the following aspects:

• Processing and fulfilments: administrative, accounting and tax

The personal data communicated via the website and by signing the form for sending promotional material are accessible to a service provider to the owner appointed as external data controller, STUDIO ASTRA DI CROCIANI PAOLO.
 
The data communicated by signing up to the online form for sending newsletters are also stored on the MailChimp server.
 
Should the need arise to communicate the data to other subjects or for a use other than those mentioned above, an explicit and specific authorization will be requested. 5. DURATION OF POLICY AND CRITERIA USED FOR THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA 5.1 Duration For the purposes referred to in paragraph 2.1 of this notice, your Personal Data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the obligations set out in the contract and for a period of 10 years following the dissolution / termination / termination of the contractual relationship itself, unless there is a need for further conservation, to allow Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l. the defense of their rights. For the purpose referred to in paragraph 2.2 of this Notice, your Personal Data will be processed for 24 months, after this period an explicit consent will be requested again. 5.2 Conservation

  • The data relating to the purposes referred to in paragraph 2.1 of this notice, your Personal Data will be kept within the limits established by law;
  • The data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2.2. instead, will be processed for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt of your consent.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
 Pursuant to art. 15-22 and 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right to:

  • Obtain access to all personal data held by Rocca Toscana Formaggi s.r.l.;
  • Obtain the revocation of consent expressed for the purpose referred to as in par. 2.1;
  • Obtain access to all information contained in this document;
  • Obtain the right to rectification, integration, deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten) or limitation of the processing of personal data;
  • Obtain the right to data portability Right to object;
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
