IL DORATO – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH HONEY

Aged sheep cheese with honey.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

The brilliant color and the unmistakable sweetness of honey are delicately combined in a “Dorato” (golden) cheese with a fruity, light and refined character.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, wildflower honey (2,4%), natural honey preparation (2,4%) (dried honey powder (1,2%), natural flavouring), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
