IL GOLOSO – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH DRIED BAKED FIGS

Aged sheep cheese with dried baked figs.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

“Goloso” (glottonous) and aromatic: the sweetness of figs enriches with fruity notes a white and creamy cheese, for a novelty destined to become tradition.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, dried baked figs (1%), salt, natural flavouring, rennet, starter cultures. May contain figs petiole. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
