L’AUDACE – AGED SHEEP CHEESE WITH GRAPPA

Aged sheep cheese with grappa.
Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.40 kg.

“Audace” (bold) and fragrant: the soft taste of distilled grappa goes well with the intensity of sheep milk in an aromatic cheese that revives the palate.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, grappa (6%), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
