A cheese rooted in the Middle Ages, with a strong and decisive flavor resulting from the long ageing, which starts in sandstone ditches, according to definite and ancient rules. The “Amber of Talamello” derives its name from the color of its texture: taste it and meditate on the flavor of history.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures.
