Wheels of approximately 0.45-0.55 kg / 1.30-1.50 kg.

The fragrance and genuineness of the wheat: “Lo spigante” (ear of corn) is a cheese in which you can rediscover the taste of ancient rural life.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil, WHEAT grains on rind for decorative purposes.
