A tribute to the flavors of a land that boasts a historical dairy tradition which is known and appreciated worldwide. This cheese is made with pasteurized sheep milk from the pastures of Val d’Orcia and comes with a characteristic chromatic contrast between the dark black of its crust and the pure white of its paste. Its sweetness and delicacy goes well with every palate.
