The cutting edge of Tuscan dairy art, the result of a perfect balance between ancient traditions and modern dairy techniques. An excellence cheese with an unmistakable and inimitable taste, recognizable by the quality label given by the Consortium for the Protection of Pecorino Toscano DOP.

Aged Pecorino Toscano DOP stagionato needs at least 120 days to be stamped as such.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, autochthonous starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.
